troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.\nPerform preventive maintenance, including firmware upgrades, system patching, and health checks for servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.\nManage and maintain VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter), including VM provisioning, migration, and optimization.\nManage backup and recovery solutions (Veeam Backup & Replication), including backup jobs, restore operations, and DR testing.\nAdminister enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS), including provisioning, monitoring, and capacity management.\nStay up to date with emerging infrastructure technologies, security practices, and vendor solutions (VMware, Veeam, HPE, Dell EMC, etc.)\nQualifications\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n1–5 years of experience in System / Infrastructure Engineering (experience in virtualization, backup, or storage is an advantage).\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).\nKnowledge of backup solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication and basic disaster recovery concepts.\nFamiliarity with enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS) is an advantage.\nBasic understanding of system patching, firmware upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance.\nKnowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server and/or Linux.\nHands-on experience with server hardware and infrastructure systems is a plus.\nProfessional certifications such as VCP, VMCE, or equivalent are preferred.\nAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.\nStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nGood command of English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate
