This is an end-to-end recruiting position. You will understand client requirements, develop sourcing strategies, identify and engage qualified candidates, conduct meaningful screening, prepare quality submissions and remain connected with candidates through interviews, offers and start.\n\nThe right person is curious, persistent, organized and confident speaking with candidates. You should be comfortable using established recruiting platforms while also finding creative ways to reach qualified talent.\n\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand client requirements, required skills and submission expectations.\nSource candidates through JobDiva, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, referrals, professional networks and other channels.\nDevelop effective Boolean searches and alternate sourcing strategies.\nBuild pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.\nContact candidates through phone, email, LinkedIn and text.\nExplain and sell client opportunities clearly and accurately.\nScreen candidates for skills, experience, motivation, availability, compensation and overall fit.\nPrepare accurate candidate summaries and quality submissions.\nMaintain candidate records, activities and follow-ups in JobDiva.\nKeep candidates engaged through submission, interview, offer, onboarding and start.\nPartner closely with the Candidate Evaluation Specialist and other recruiting team members.\nMeet established submission and placement expectations while maintaining quality.\n\nQualifications\nThree to five years of US IT contract recruiting experience.\nExperience recruiting technical professionals for contract positions.\nStrong Boolean-search, database-search and candidate-research skills.\nHands-on experience with major job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.\nUnderstanding of common US staffing and candidate engagement models.\nStrong spoken and written English.\nConfidence conducting candidate calls and presenting opportunities.\nStrong follow-through, organization and attention to detail.\nExperience using an ATS;
