We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.\nTo get to know our work we recommend downloading ARK47 Studio from the App Store or Google Play via our careers page: \nWhat you will doSet up work devices and accounts for new team members and recover them when people leave.\nSolve the teams day-to-day IT issues in person and online.\nManage access to company tools and keep a record of who has access to what.\nApply basic security: updates backups password and two-factor settings.\nKeep an inventory of devices and licences and report every month.\nWhat we needMinimum qualification: a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.\nBased in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.\n1 year in IT support or help desk. Graduates in IT or computer science without this experience are also welcome to apply.\nGood knowledge of Windows and macOS iPhone and Android and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.\nArabic and English spoken and written.\nPay and termsTotal monthly salary SAR (basic salary plus allowances) depending on experience.\nFull-time on-site at our Riyadh office; working days hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.\nHealth insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.\nEmployer: Apex Operations Company.
