Owns the provider onboarding and lifecycle management program from accepted offer through successful integration into practice, ensuring consistent execution across the organization.\n2. Leads cross-functional coordination among Human Resources, Medical Staff Services, Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Legal, and operational departments to ensure providers are operationally ready on or before their start date.\n3. Establishes and maintains onboarding standards, workflows, service level expectations, policies, and documentation to support a consistent provider experience.\n4. Oversees administration of provider employment, locum tenens, and independent contractor (1099) agreements, ensuring contractual terms are implemented accurately and in accordance with organizational policies.\n5. Oversees provider operational readiness, including system setup, scheduling, billing configuration, departmental access, and other provider lifecycle requirements.\n6. Leads implementation of new provider onboarding processes, technologies, and workflow enhancements while coordinating organizational change management activities.\n7. Oversees provider quality incentive administration, contract-related payments, and other provider lifecycle support activities to ensure compliance with organizational policies.\n8. Develops, analyzes, and monitors provider onboarding, contracting, and lifecycle metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators to identify trends, measure performance, and support operational decision-making.\n9. Leads process improvement initiatives that enhance provider onboarding efficiency, reduce onboarding timelines, improve provider satisfaction, and strengthen operational performance.\n10.
