The Maintenance Supervisor provides direct supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Technicians and supplemental contractors as needed.\nJob Dimensions (Position Summary and Scope of Role)\nBe a leader in implementing step changes in safety culture across all maintenance activities. Provide daily supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation maintenance personnel. Assist Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering in troubleshooting and maintenance of all fixed equipment, rotating equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, rail systems, utilities, and associated assets within the plant.
