expertise for major capital projects, including design, construction, commissioning, and startup activities. \nAnalyze plant performance data and identify opportunities to improve process capability, yields, and production costs. \nTroubleshoot manufacturing process issues and develop sustainable solutions to support operational excellence. \nSupport Management of Change (MOC) activities, operating procedures, process safety information, and other Process Safety Management requirements.\nCoordinate and support plant trials, product introductions, and technology implementation efforts.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business, operational, environmental, and safety objectives.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. \nMinimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and manufacturing processes. \nDemonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects
