Une grande partie de la production de l'usine est biosourcée, c'est-à-dire qu'elle est fabriquée à partir de matériaux d'origine végétale.\nAu sein de l'Unité de Fabrication des Granulés, sous la responsabilité du Chef d'équipe, le Technicien SNCC H/F/X a en charge le bon fonctionnement des lignes ainsi que les moyens communs (stockage matières premières, préparation acide adipique, séchage) pour obtenir des produits conformes à la qualité demandée en toute sécurité, et dans le respect de l'environnement. Il/Elle participe à la démarche QHSE et la réduction des consommations d'énergie.\nDétails de la Mission\nVous aurez pour principales missions :\n- Conduire et surveiller à partir du Système Numérique de Contrôle Commande en cohérence avec les modes opératoires, les consignes et les recettes de fabrication.;\n- Renseigner les documents de suivi de production;\n- Participer à la réalisation de pré diagnostics de pannes avec les services de maintenance, les Coordinateurs de Production et maintenance lors de l'incident de fabrication;\n- Prendre les dispositions d'exploitation nécessaires pour régler les dérives et les dysfonctionnements;\n- Rédiger le rapport de quart.\nCette liste est non exhaustive.\nLieu : Centre de Recherche (CERDATO) ARKEMA Serquigny (27, Eure).\nL’Arrêt de la gare Serquigny (à 10 minutes à pied de la gare) se trouve à proximité de BERNAY.\nLiaison directe avec Paris : 1h30.\nLiaison directe avec Rouen : 50 min\nLiaison directe avec Caen : 50 min.\nProfil Recherché\nDe formation Bac Pro Industries de Procédés ou expérience équivalente. Vous détenez le permis de cariste. Vous avez des connaissances en génie thermique et énergie. Vous avez des aptitudes à manipuler des charges lourdes.\nAu-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous vous démarquez des autres par votre relationnel, votre sens du travail en équipe et votre autonomie.
