In this role, you will take ownership of solutions from design and development through to production support and continuous improvement, working closely with colleagues across teams to create practical and sustainable improvements. \n\nHow you will make an impact \nAs RPA Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of automation solutions — from translating business requirements into technical workflows to building, testing, deploying and supporting automations in production. The role sits in the Hyper Automation area within IT & Digital Supporting and Cross Functions. \n\nDesign, build, test and launch automation solutions. \n\nMake sure automations are reliable, easy to maintain and ready for support. \n\nPrepare clear technical documentation for each solution. \n\nConnect automations with other systems and applications. \n\nTest solutions and support business users during acceptance testing. \n\nTake ownership of solutions after go-live, including monitoring, issue resolution and improvements. \n\nSupport good development practices, knowledge sharing and reusable components. \n\nWork closely with business and IT colleagues, vendors and other product teams. \n\nContribute to new automation ideas and innovation initiatives. \n\nWhat will make you successful \nTo be successful in this role, you should have solid hands-on experience in RPA development and a good understanding of business processes, solution design and production support.
