We work hard, move fast, and celebrate wins together.\nExperience\n2-4 years’ experience designing, building, and deploying multi-tenanted systems on the Microsoft stack\nSolid C# and TypeScript, with REST APIs consumed by a modern JavaScript front end (React preferred)\nExperience with a modern front-end framework (React, Vue, Svelte) - familiarity with legacy frameworks like ExtJS or Knockout is a bonus, as parts of our codebase still use them\nUnderstanding of dependency injection, IoC concepts, unit and integration testing, and SOLID principles\nIt would be an advantage to have DevOps and CloudFormation exposure, cloud technologies (microservices, ECR, Lambdas, SQS), SQL Server knowledge, or experience working hybrid/remote\nSkills\nAn AI maximalist: you default to AI tools first and push them further than most.\nHungry, smart, and driven to learn and grow better every day.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to and accept other approaches\nResults-driven mentality, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and with a “can-do” attitude\nComfort in a dynamic environment where you need to move quickly and wear many hats\nOwns their solutions, good and bad, and shares useful knowledge with the team\nDoesn’t avoid hard conversations - says what’s on their mind while maintaining good relationships with the team\nA bit about us\nArlo is a world-leading SaaS company on a mission to revolutionize professional training.
