The role will design and maintain CI/CD \npipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, support \ncontainerized workloads, implement monitoring and observability, \nand troubleshoot production issues. \nThe DevOps Engineer will work closely with Application Management, \nEngineering, Infrastructure, DBA, and Information Security teams to \nimprove application availability, deployment efficiency, platform \nresilience, and operational performance.\nResponsibilities\nCloud, Kubernetes & Platform Operations\nSupport and manage workloads across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and on-premises environments.\nDeploy, manage, and troubleshoot EKS, AKS, and on-premises Kubernetes environments.\nManage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.\nSupport Kubernetes networking, ingress, load balancing, HAProxy, and MetalLB where applicable.\nMonitor platform capacity, performance, availability, and resource utilization. CI/CD, GitOps & Infrastructure Automation\nDesign, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.\nImplement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform for repeatable and controlled infrastructure provisioning.\nImplement GitOps deployment practices using ArgoCD and Git.\nAutomate application deployment, infrastructure configuration, and repetitive operational activities.\nDevelop automation scripts using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.\nMaintain deployment controls, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.\nMonitoring, Logging & Observability\nImplement and maintain monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana.\nSupport centralized application and infrastructure logging using Graylog, Loki, ELK, or equivalent platforms.\nConfigure dashboards and alerts for application, infrastructure, and Kubernetes health.\nTroubleshoot incidents using logs, metrics, traces, correlation IDs, Kubernetes events, and deployment history.\nMaintain runbooks, deployment procedures, technical documentation, and operational playbooks.\nContinuously improve proactive monitoring to identify issues before they impact users.\nDevSecOps & Production Reliability\nIntegrate SonarQube and appropriate quality/security checks into CI/CD pipelines.\nSupport secure management of application secrets, credentials, certificates, and service accounts.\nParticipate in production incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and problem management.\nIdentify recurring issues and implement permanent automation or configuration based solutions.\nSupport disaster recovery, platform resilience, backup, and recovery activities.\nRequirements\nCOMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES\nMinimum of 2+ years of practical DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering experience.\nStrong hands-on knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure.\nHands-on experience with EKS, AKS, and on-premises Kubernetes.\nStrong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.\nExperience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code.\nExperience with ArgoCD and GitOps deployment practices.\nStrong experience building and supporting Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.\nKnowledge of SonarQube and CI/CD quality/security integration.\nHands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana.\nExperience with Graylog, Loki, ELK, or similar centralized logging platforms.\nExperience with HAProxy and MetalLB is desirable.\nStrong Linux administration and production troubleshooting skills.\nGood understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, routing, firewalls, ingress, and load balancing.\nExperience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell scripting.\nAbility to independently investigate and resolve production application, Kubernetes, cloud, networking, and infrastructure issues.\nStrong understanding of security, access control, and production governance.\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement Expectations\nIdentify manual operational activities and automate them where practical.\nReduce deployment effort, repetitive incidents, and operational risk.\nBuild reusable pipelines, Terraform modules, scripts, dashboards, and deployment templates.\nImprove monitoring, alerting, deployment, and recovery processes.\nPromote Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, automation, and self-service practices.\nTrack improvements in areas such as deployment success, incident reduction, MTTR, and platform availability.\nQUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2+ years of practical experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related role.\nPractical experience supporting production environments and business-critical applications.\nExperience within financial services, fintech, or another regulated environment would be an
