distributed Enterprise IT team, supporting the stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of Arm's collaboration platforms and business-critical applications.\n\nThe role combines specialist SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform expertise with Service Reliability Centre (SRC) engineering, improving AIOps, observability, and automation to enhance application availability and operational resilience.\n\nWorking closely with application, infrastructure, and engineering teams, you will contribute to the evolution towards a proactive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) operating model, focusing on incident prevention, intelligent monitoring, automation, and continuous service improvement.\n\nThe position is based in our Bengaluru office, working on a rotational shift pattern within a 24x7x365 operating model to support business-critical services.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide specialist Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and associated collaboration services, ensuring service stability and timely issue resolution.\nAdminister, secure, and optimize SharePoint Online environments, including site administration, access management, governance, and platform configuration.\nSupport Microsoft Power Platform services, including Power Apps and Power Automate, covering administration, environment management, governance, and fix.\nMonitor, investigate, and resolve incidents affecting business-critical enterprise applications using Dynatrace and other AIOps and observability platforms.\nCollaborate with application owners, engineering teams, and third-party suppliers to expand monitoring coverage, establish alert thresholds, and onboard applications into SRC support.\nDrive proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and preventive actions to improve application performance, availability, and service reliability.\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts, operational runbooks, and monitoring processes to reduce manual intervention, enhance AIOps capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.\nContribute to the adoption of SRE practices, including service health monitoring, reliability metrics, and continuous service improvement initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills And Experience\n\n3–6 years of relevant experience in enterprise platform administration, application operations, or service reliability engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including application monitoring, dashboard configuration, alert management, diagnostics, and performance analysis.\nStrong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online administration and fix, including site management, permissions, security, governance, and platform configuration.\nPractical experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, including administration, fix, and environment management.\nExperience in enterprise application operations, incident management, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis, with a proactive approach to identifying and driving service reliability improvements.\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting and operational automation, with experience developing and maintaining scripts to streamline administrative and support processes.\nUnderstanding of ITIL-aligned service management processes and experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.\n\nNice to Have Skills and Experience:\n\nUnderstanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), AIOps, and observability practices, including service health indicators and reliability objectives.\nExperience supporting enterprise business applications and SaaS platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Slack, or Zoom, including their onboarding into monitoring and observability platforms.\nExperience with Python, JavaScript, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, or other relevant scripting and integration technologies.\nKnowledge of advanced Power Platform governance, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and application lifecycle management.\nExperience developing automated operational responses and
