Our team has spent many years creating software for machine learning on Arm devices.\nOur design centre is based in Galway, a vibrant city on Ireland’s west coast and a cultural hub.\nWhat you could be doing as a Graduate ML Software Engineer:\nYou’ll join a software team delivering machine learning on Arm devices. You’ll bring creativity, innovation and enthusiasm for software as we build software that enables high performance and low-power designs. From the start, you’ll work on real project tasks with support and mentorship from experienced engineers. Through teamwork, training and personal development, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute early and develop expertise in your field. You’ll work in a global, multicultural organisation and gain exposure to a wide variety of software and hardware.\nWe are looking for individuals who:\nHold (or are on track to hold) either a degree (or equivalent) in Software Engineering or a related field, or\nAn understanding of computer architecture and how software and hardware interact.\nExperience of C++ or another object-oriented programming language.\nAbility to express ideas and communicate effectively.\nQualities that will help your application stand out:\nExperience of building software outside of the classroom - personal projects, hackathons, or internships.\nBasic knowledge of scripting languages, e.g., Bash, Python.\nContributions to open-source projects.\nFamiliarity with the basic concepts of neural networks.\nHands-on experience in a software engineering environment.\nBe comfortable working in Linux.\nApplication Closing Date:\n2026-11-22\nWe aim to review all applications no later than two weeks after the closing date.
