You will need strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across teams, align stakeholders and proactively manage progress, risks and actions.\nResponsibilities\nYou will:\nOwn project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting, helping teams maintain clear priorities and deliver against commitments.\nWork with engineering teams to identify and manage risks, dependencies and change, while ensuring effective project governance.\nBuild strong relationships across Engineering, Business Units, Legal, Operations and other teams to align stakeholders and resolve challenges.\nHelp us continuously improve our project management processes and ways of working.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nWe would love to hear from you if you have:\nExperience leading project delivery, preferably software projects within an Agile or iterative development environment.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating with engineering teams, peers, senior leaders and partners.\nThe ability to adapt to changing priorities, solve problems and take on new challenges in a fast-moving technology environment.\nExperience working with geographically distributed engineering teams.\nExperience using project management and collaboration tools, including Atlassian and Microsoft Office tools.\n“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience\nYou do not need to have experience in everything below.
