You will guide planning and execution, unite teams to tackle complex delivery issues, and foster transparency, alignment, and coordination for optimal delivery.\nResponsibilities\nLead planning, implementation, tracking, monitoring, and reporting for complex projects and programs.\nWork with teams to build realistic plans and maintain clear visibility of delivery progress and confidence.\nProactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change through to conclusion.\nBring teams and collaborators together to resolve complex delivery challenges and help recover delivery when projects or programs move off track.\nEnsure effective project and program oversight, audit preparedness, and alignment with applicable Arm processes and ISO requirements.\nFacilitate decisions and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product Management, Business, Marketing, Legal, and other teams.\nProvide clear communication and alignment across teams, collaborators, and senior management.\nSupport extended planning and roadmap creation for complex projects and programs.\nAssist us in ongoing refinement of our project and program management procedures, techniques, and integration of automation.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nExperience managing complex software, engineering, or technology projects and programs, preferably using Agile or iterative development methods.\nStrong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with engineering teams, peers, senior management, and Arm partners.\nAbility to grasp technical discussions and assess their influence on project and program plans, risks, and dependencies.\nAbility to manage complex cross-team dependencies and drive issues through to resolution.\nA positive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to take on new challenges in a fast-paced technology environment.\nExperience working with geographically distributed engineering teams.\n“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience\nFamiliarity with Software Development and Product Lifecycles.\nExperience with project and program oversight, audit, or compliance activities.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable project and program management platforms.\nExposure to Open Source Software.\nExperience with AI and automation tools applied to aid project and program delivery.\nIn Return\nAt Arm, we value inclusion and collaboration.
