If your interested in working with a team of collaborative and smart engineers responsible for validating RTL-to-Gate and Gate-to-GDS implementations, ensuring power intent correctness, and enabling high-quality silicon tapeout\nResponsibilities:\nSynthesis, Physical design and implementation of Arm cores, systems and SoCs\nAbility to lead synthesis and constraints development , technical leadership\nAnalyze design timing, area and power to help improve the quality of Arm IP.\nDevelop and deploy new methodologies to improve implementation efficiency and results.\nSupport and develop detailed implementation analysis and data-mining methodologies.\nAutomation , Python knowledge and bringing in faster and efficient execution\nWork with implementation and physical IP RTL design teams to drive analysis and optimization of our IP.\nRequired Skills and Experience :\nMaster’s degree equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other relevant technical fields.\n8+ years of proven experience in ASIC system-on-chip implementation flow from RTL to GDS.\nExperience in Timing Constraints development, Synthesis, Timing Closure\nPossess a high level of dedicated, initiative and problem-solving skills.\nExperience of tape outs of multi-million gate designs on latest technologies\nAbility to develop and work with timing constraints for build and signoff\nThe ability to effectively work alone as well as in a team\nAbility to create trusting relationship and good work environment. Good professional attitude.\nLEC, CLP and ECO implementation knowledge to handle ECO cycles.\n“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :\nExperience with a wide range of programming, scripting & data presentation languages Eg.
