Excellent interpersonal skills are important, as is confident leadership and a willingness to work with teams to solve problems and drive projects through to success.\nResponsibilities:\nLead project planning, scheduling, tracking, monitoring and reporting.\nWork with teams to build realistic plans and maintain clear visibility of delivery progress and confidence.\nProactively manage project risks, dependencies, issues and change through to conclusion.\nBring teams and stakeholders together to resolve complex delivery challenges and help recover delivery when projects move off track.\nEnsure effective project governance, audit readiness and adherence to applicable Arm processes and ISO requirements.\nFacilitate decisions and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product Management, Business, Marketing, Legal and other teams.\nSupport longer-term planning and roadmap development for your projects.\nHelp us continually improve our project management processes, practices and use of automation.\nRequired Skills and Experience :\nExperience leading software or technology projects, preferably using Agile or iterative development methods.\nStrong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.\nStrong presentation skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with engineering teams, peers, senior management and Arm partners.\nAbility to understand technical discussions and identify their impact on project plans, risks and dependencies.\nA positive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to take on new challenges in a fast-paced technology environment.\nExperience working with geographically distributed engineering teams.\n“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :\nFamiliarity with Software Development and Product Lifecycles.\nExperience with project governance, audit or compliance activities.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools.\nExposure to Open Source Software.\nFamiliarity with AI and automation tools used to support project delivery.\nIn Return:\nYou will have the opportunity to lead exciting engineering projects and work with dedicated colleagues across Arm!\nWe will support you in growing your Project and Program Management capabilities, developing your technical understanding and identifying new ways to improve how we work.\nYou will also have opportunities to explore how automation and AI can help us simplify project management activities and spend more time leading successful delivery.\nAdditional Information\nIf skilled worker sponsorship is required, Arm will meet costs associated with sponsorship for the employer only.
