You will chip in to JIRA workflow automation, dashboard development, data analytics, and engineering process improvements that enable efficient execution across semiconductor development teams.\nThis role provides an opportunity to gain experience working with multi-functional engineering organizations while building software solutions that improve engineering productivity and execution visibility.\nResponsibilities:\nJIRA Configuration & Automation\nSupport the implementation of JIRA workflows, issue types, screens, automation rules, and project configurations. Assist in maintaining engineering processes, defect tracking, and workflow standardization under the guidance of the Technical Lead.\nSoftware Development\nDevelop scripts, utilities, and automation using Python and SQL to extract, validate, and process engineering data from Atlassian databases and REST APIs. Chip in to custom integrations with engineering tools and reporting systems.\nDashboard & UI Development\nDevelop and maintain web-based dashboards and user interfaces that visualize project health, engineering metrics, defect trends, and execution status. Work with modern web technologies to enhance usability and user experience.\nData Analytics\nAssist in building reporting pipelines, generating engineering metrics, validating data quality, and creating dashboards that provide actionable insights for engineering and program teams.\nCollaboration\nWork with Design, Verification, Implementation, Validation, Power, Performance, Software, and Program Management teams to understand workflow requirements, support issue resolution, and continuously improve engineering processes.\nRequired Skills and Experience :\n2+ Year of relevant experience.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.\nGood programming skills in Python and SQL.\nBasic understanding of databases, REST APIs, and software development practices.\nFamiliarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks.\nExposure to JIRA and Confluence is desirable.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nWillingness to learn enterprise workflow automation and engineering process development.\n“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :\nKnowledge of Agile development methodologies.\nBasic understanding of the semiconductor or SoC development lifecycle.\nExposure to PostgreSQL, Git, Flask/FastAPI, or similar technologies.\nInterest in data visualization, dashboards, and engineering analytics.\nIn Return:\nJoining Arm means becoming part of a collaborative engineering community where you’ll be supported throughout your career.
