# Staff Implementation Engineer

Job Overview Join Arm's Systems IP team as a Staff Implementation Engineer, working on solutions that address AI compute challenges across secure compute, large-screen devices, infrastructure and automotive markets. You will develop physical implementations of Arm solutions, influencing designs to optimise power and performance and delivering implementations ready for tape-out. Responsibilities Implement Arm solutions through the physical design flow, from RTL to GDSII, including synthesis, floorplanning, place and route, static timing analysis, power analysis and physical verification. Optimise designs for power, performance and area as needed. Collaborate with design teams to influence system microarchitecture and implementation quality. Support chip design partners with their physical implementation work. Develop and deploy silicon implementation techniques and methodologies. Required Skills and Experience Experience integrating large systems on chip (SoCs), with knowledge of power and physical architecture and design for test. Understanding of synthesis, place and route, clock tree synthesis, constraint development and timing closure, alongside knowledge of Verilog or SystemVer
