This role combines application operations, cloud Operations and application Enhancements.\nYou will collaborate directly with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Product and third-party support teams to maintain platform availability, resolve production issues, support releases and drive continuous improvement. Based in our Bengaluru office on a 16x5 (12 PM - 9 PM & 5 PM - 2 AM) shift pattern on rotational basis\nQualification: Engineering from Computer Science or related fields with 3 - 6 years of experience.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide operational support for business-critical digital platforms, websites and applications, managing incidents, service demands, and problem resolution.\nResolve and tackle issues across applications, APIs, AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure, AKS/Kubernetes, networking, integrations and application configuration.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, deployments, rollback activities, Terraform-based infrastructure changes, secrets and certificate lifecycle activities.\nDeliver small to medium application improvements and bug fixes using Next.js, Angular/AngularJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.\nParticipate in Major Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis and continuous activities to keep platform reliable and reduce recurring issues.\nMaintain operational documentation and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve sophisticated issues.\nRequired Abilities and Background:\nExperience in Application Support, Cloud Operations, Enhancements, DevOps or Software Engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS, AKS, Kubernetes/K8s and containerised applications.\nExperience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, automated delivery workflows, and production deployments.\nGood knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, change and handling adjustments in systems and workflows.\nDemonstrable experience in developing with the Next.js framework, Angular or AngularJS, and JavaScript or TypeScript, along with REST APIs\nStrong capability to fix problems, root-cause-analysis, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to balance operational support and software improvements.\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nExperience with Microsoft Azure services beyond AKS.\nExperience with .NET, Node.js, PHP or similar enterprise technologies.\nExperience supporting enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore.\nExperience with Akamai or similar CDN/WAF technologies.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch or Azure Monitor.\nExperience with identity and access management integrations.\nUnderstanding of application security, vulnerability remediation, critical information and certificate management.\nExperience with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable practical field.\nIn Return:\nYou will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative distributed group supporting critical digital platforms across Arm.
