This role requires responsive coverage during assigned shifts and the ability to help manage ticket volume as business needs change.\n\nResponsibilities\nProvide network support and assist with monitoring and troubleshooting client network issues.\nSupport field technicians with remote network troubleshooting and guidance.\nWork with networking equipment from vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and TrendNet.\nRespond promptly throughout assigned shifts and manage a high volume of support tickets when required.\nProvide overtime and holiday coverage when needed.\n\nThe position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Candidates should be prepared to complete security or law-enforcement clearance checks if requested.\n\nWe are currently looking to expand our network engineering team by hiring a NOC team in Pakistan.
