Software Design & Development\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C# and .NET Core.\nBuild responsive and performant web applications using React.js and Next.js.\nDevelop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.\nWrite clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.\nConduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the engineering team.\n2. Solution Architecture and Integration\nParticipate in solution architecture and technical design sessions.\nDesign scalable integration solutions using API gateways, messaging platforms, and middleware technologies.\nBuild and support enterprise integrations using technologies such as: Ocelot API Gateway, WSO2 API Manager, RabbitMQ, Kafka, WSO2 Integration Services.\nDesign highly available and fault-tolerant distributed systems.\nEnsure solutions meet security, performance, compliance, and scalability requirements.\n3. Cloud & DevOps\nBuild and deploy applications using Azure cloud services.\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.\nImplement infrastructure automation and deployment best practices.\nMonitor application performance, availability, and reliability.\nDrive adoption of DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.\n4. Agile Delivery & Leadership\nWork within Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders.\nBreak down complex business requirements into technical solutions.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers.\nSupport estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management activities.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams.\n5. AI-Enabled Software Development\nLeverage AI-powered engineering tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical use cases within the software development lifecycle.\nPromote engineering practices that responsibly integrate AI into development workflows.\nRequirements\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 6 to 8 years of professional software development experience, with a track record of building production systems.\nDemonstrated experience leading software development teams or owning the technical direction of significant projects.\nStrong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET Core for backend and API development.\nProficiency in modern frontend development with React and Next.js.\nMobile development experience with Flutter.\nSolid experience with Azure DevOps and building CI/CD pipelines.\nProven ability to architect software solutions, with sound understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and integration design.\nWorking knowledge of API gateways (for example Ocelot or WSO2), message broker services (for example RabbitMQ or WSO2), and event streaming or messaging platforms (for example Kafka).\nStrong grasp of Scrum and Agile development practices.\nPractical understanding of how to leverage AI across the software development lifecycle.\nStrong advantages\nExperience in financial services, asset management, or other regulated environments.\nFamiliarity with cloud-native design on Microsoft Azure.\nExposure to containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\nExperience embedding security and compliance requirements into the development
