Junior Brand Manager

• Assist in developing and implementing annual brand plans in line with the company’s marketing strategy and business objectives.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor brand performance, sales trends, market share, and key performance indicators and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Support new product development, product launches, packaging changes, and product relaunch activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and other departments to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
• Work closely with advertising, digital, research, and creative agencies to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
• Ensure that all brand communication and promotional materials are aligned with brand guidelines and positioning.
• Assist in managing the brand marketing budget and tracking marketing expenditures.
• Participate in consumer research and analyze consumer insights to support brand decisions.
• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, promotions, communication, and market activities.
• Support the preparation of presentations, marketing reports, business reviews, and brand performance analysis.
• Coordinate the development of POS materials, promotional materials, packaging, and other brand assets.
• Follow up on marketing activities and evaluate their effectiveness against agreed KPIs.
• Support digital marketing and social media activities in coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
