As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our talented team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software products that meet the needs of our customers. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office. \nWhat You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)\nLead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment building AIsolutions. \nCollaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines for deploying AI infrastructure acrossdata centers spanning different modular and other on-premise form factors. \nDevelop and execute project plans, ensuring successful on-premise deployment and orchestration of Sovereign AI stack. \nFoster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and best practices within the engineering team. \nDrive the adoption and implementation of cloud computing best practices, including infrastructure as code, automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). \nEnsure adherence to security and compliance standards, implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems. \nMonitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance, capacity, and costs, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. \nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to align engineering goals with overall business objectives. \nRecruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent, while nurturing a diverse and inclusive team culture. \nRequired Qualifications:\nUS Citizenship\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. \nProven experience as an Engineering Manager or a similar leadership role in a software development environment. \nStrong technical background and understanding of software engineering principles and practices. \nStrong technical background in cloud computing, with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. \nIn-depth understanding of cloud computing principles, architectures, and services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. \nStrong knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration frameworks. \nCitizenship Requirements \nFor select roles, due to the nature of our clientele and the technologies involved, there may be specific nationality or citizenship indicated in the required qualifications section.
