This includes the identity, access management, integration points, and extensibility that enterprise customers require to embed Armadin into their existing ecosystems.\n\nOur enterprise customers have complex environments, strict security requirements, and high expectations for reliability. You’ll ensure Armadin’s platform scales across organizations, regions, and use cases while maintaining performance and simplicity.\n\nEnterprise customers trust Armadin with their most sensitive workflows and data. You’ll help set and uphold a high bar for security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n10+ years of industry experience building and scaling complex data-heavy products.\n\n5+ years of engineering management experience, with a track record of mentoring senior engineers and leading cross-functional teams, while staying close enough to the work to earn your team's trust.\n\nExperience leading engineering teams that build and scale end-to-end production systems.\n\nStrong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to guide teams through ambiguous, fast-changing environments.\n\nProven ability to work closely with customers and translate business needs into technical deliverables.\n\nExcellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nDegree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nEven Better With\nAI-related experience (experience developing AI agents a plus).\n\nExperience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.\n\nExperience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.\n\nBackground as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder with high ownership and urgency.\n\nPrior experience with React, TypeScript, C++, and/or Python.\n\nLocation\nIn-person in our Palo Alto
