This novel technology will be deployed at scale to enhance safety, decision-making, and sustainment for the warfighter at the tactical edge. \nWhat You'll Do\nARC's SkillBridge program allows transitioning service members to gain civilian work experience through a fellowship in their last 180 days of service. The fellowship typically spans 3-4 months and offers a unique experience with flexible start dates. SkillBridge fellows undergo both a midpoint and final evaluation to gauge their performance and potential for a future offer.\nWe are looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Ashburn, VA. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the completion of multiple projects within budget and on time, ensuring they meet defined requirements and standards. You will manage resources and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project objectives. If you are someone who is a highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast paced team environment and detail oriented self starter with minimal oversight, then this role is for you.\nRole Responsibilities - How You Will Make an Impact\nProject Planning: Defining project scope, goals, timelines, and resource\nResource Management: Allocating and managing human and material resources effectively\nRisk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to project success\nBudget Management: Creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints\nStakeholder Communication: Regularly communicating project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders\nProject Execution: Implementing project plans, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed\nProblem Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving project issues and obstacles\n Adaptability: Adjusting schedules, budgets, and project plans as needed to accommodate changes and unforeseen circumstances\nRelevant Skills and Experience\nService member must be within 180 days of separating from Service\nAbility to maintain a DoD Security Clearance\nEnjoys collaborating with internal stakeholders and briefing external customers\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nComfortable with maintaining and operating firearms\nThis position will require access to restricted information and facilities protected under U.S. laws and regulations, including the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
