Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for creation and setup of customers and projects based on allocation of work.\n\nCreate and maintain templates in Workday.\n\nResponsible for creation of revenue and billing schedules needed for Workday PSA tool.\n\nEnsure all required contracts (Engagement Letters, Statements of Work, Change Requests) information needed for resource forecasts and workforce planning is captured. Contract information to include key terms and duration of contract required for Workday PSA tool.\n\nEnsure required engagement documents are signed, stored in the appropriate location and setup projects in our internal systems.\n\nRecommend procedural and systems changes that will deliver quality service to customers.\n\nOnboard new customer onto the Armanino Access App. and respond to customers with onboarding questions.\n\nCreate operating procedure documentation for all onboarding processes\n\nExport, review, update transform and import data from and into appropriate systems.\n\nAssist in developing the strategy for customer creation and maintenance.\n\nManage annual rollovers and renewals of recurring projects and engagements.\n\nAdjust system data to ensure accuracy.\n\nAdminister users on internal systems.\n\nIdentify and help improve processes and standardizations.\n\nAssist in deploying firmwide transformation initiatives that align with our 2025 Vision.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in relevant field is preferred\n\nMinimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience\n\nExperience working in multiple software systems daily\n\nExperience working cross functionally with internal resources and multiple business units\n\nAbility to multi-task on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\n\nWorkday experience is preferred\n\nExperience with customer onboarding preferred\n\nExperience within the professional services environment is preferred\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompensation: Commensurate with Industry standards\n\nOther Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.\n\n\"Armanino” is the brand name under which Armanino LLP, Armanino CPA LLP, and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards.
