Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).\nResponsibilities\nSupport the India-based Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Operations Team responsible for day-to-day operational response\n\nMonitor infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint, and security alerts according to assigned responsibilities and defined procedures\n\nTake ownership of assigned tickets, alerts, escalations, and follow-up items through resolution or proper handoff\n\nMaintain clear daily visibility into open work, aging issues, blockers, and items requiring escalation\n\nEscalate risks, blockers, recurring issues, and operational gaps to team leadership and New York-based teams\n\nTriageandsupportinfrastructure incidents across network, server, cloud, identity, endpoint, and workspace environments\n\nFollowapproved runbooks for investigation, validation, documentation,response,and escalation\n\nSupportresponse for service-impacting infrastructure issues and communicate status clearly\n\nPartner with New York-based infrastructure, platform, and engineering teams on escalated issues\n\nRespond to infrastructure escalations with extreme urgency and ensure issues are followed through to resolution or proper handoff\n\nIdentifyrepeat issues and recommendprocess, monitoring, or automation improvements\n\nPerforminitial review, triage, documentation, and escalation
