Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).\nResponsibilities\nRespond to technicalassistancerequests in person, by phone, or electronically.\n\nDiagnose and resolve issues related to hardware and software.\n\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 laptops, address network issues, and support mobile devices and applications.\n\nMaintain passwords, data integrity, and ensure file security within the desktop environment.\n\nAdvise users onappropriate actionsto resolve their technical issues.\n\nFollow standard service desk procedures and ensure strong documentation and communication practices.\n\nRedirect problems toappropriate resourceswhen necessary.\n\nIdentifyand escalate situations that require urgent attention.\n\nTrack and route incidents, problems, and requests, and document all resolutions.\n\nResearch questions using available information resources.\n\nStay current with changes and updates to system information.\n\nRequirements\nAssociate degree in Computer Science or MIS, or at least two years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Desktop Support role within amedium to large-sized company.\n\nWorking knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment.\n\nDemonstrated experience with setting up and supporting remote users.\n\nUnderstanding and experience in customer service practices.\n\nPossession of MCP or A+ certification.\n\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\n\nCustomerservice orientedapproach.\n\nAbility to diagnose issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and perform post-mortem evaluations.\n\nExcellent attention to detail.\n\nExperienceworking tickets in ServiceNow\n\nFamiliarity with tax applications such as CCH Axcess,Caseware, andSurePrep\n\nExperience Supporting MacBooks andJamf\n\nWillingness totravel/cover multiple offices in theLos Angeles area.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompensation: Commensurate with Industry standards\n\nOther Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.\n\n\"Armanino” is the brand name under which Armanino LLP, Armanino CPA LLP, and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards.
