Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).\nResponsibilities\nLead the India-based Infrastructure and Security Operations Center team responsible for day-to-day operational response\n\nManage, coach, and hold accountable a team of 4-6 infrastructure and security operations resources\n\nEnsure work is prioritized, assigned, tracked, and completed according to defined operating procedures\n\nMaintain clear daily visibility into open escalations, alert activity, aging issues, and follow-up items\n\nEscalate risks, blockers, recurring issues, and operational gaps to New York-based leadership\n\nOversee triage and escalation of infrastructure incidents across network, server, cloud, identity, endpoint, and workspace environments\n\nEnsure the team follows approved runbooks for investigation, validation, documentation, and escalation\n\nCoordinate response for service-impacting infrastructure issues and communicate status clearly\n\nPartner with New York-based infrastructure, platform, and engineering teams on escalated issues\n\nRespond to infrastructure escalations with extreme urgency and ensure issues are followed through to resolution or proper handoff\n\nIdentifyrepeat issues and recommend process, monitoring, or automation improvements\n\nOversee initial review, triage, documentation, and escalation of cybersecurity alerts\n\nEnsure alert handling follows approved security runbooks and escalation paths\n\nCoordinate with cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure teams on incidents that require deeper investigation\n\nTrack alert volume, response quality, handoffs, and follow-up actions\n\nRaise patterns, control gaps, and recurring alert issues to New York-based leadership\n\nEnsure all infrastructure and cybersecurity escalations are handled according to defined runbooks\n\nMaintain consistency in ticket documentation, alert notes, handoffs, and escalation summaries\n\nReview runbook gaps and recommend updates based on recurring operational issues\n\nConfirm team members understand expected response steps, communication standards, and escalation thresholds\n\nDrive a culture of repeatable execution, ownership, and follow-through\n\nMaintain constant communication with the Director of Core Technology in New York on operational priorities, escalations, and team performance\n\nProvide concise status updates on active incidents, alerts, risks, and follow-up actions\n\nWork directly with New York-based teams to ensure clean handoffs, shared visibility, and consistent ownership\n\nParticipate in regular operational reviews, escalation discussions, and planning sessions with U.S.-based leadership\n\nEnsure availability to work with New York-based teams until at least 12:00 PM Eastern Time\n\nSet clear expectations for team responsiveness, documentation, escalation quality, and follow-through\n\nReview workload, ticket quality, alert handling, and operational performance across the India-based team\n\nCoach team members on technical troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and ownership\n\nEnsure staffing coverage supports business needs,monitoringrequirements, and escalation timelines\n\nCreate transparency around team capacity, blockers, skill gaps, and improvement opportunities\n\nRequirements\n7+ years in infrastructure operations, security operations, network operations, systems administration, or related technology operations role\n\n4+ years leading or supervising technical operations resources\n\nExperience managing escalations,monitoringalerts, incident response, and operational handoffs\n\nExperience working with U.S.-based or global technology teams\n\nExperienceoperatingin a structured runbook, ticketing, monitoring, and escalation environment\n\nInfrastructure operations across network, server, cloud, identity, endpoint, and collaboration platforms\n\nCybersecurity monitoring concepts, alert triage, escalation handling, and incident documentation\n\nMonitoring and alerting tools, ticketing systems, dashboards, and operational reporting\n\nConsistent hands-on work with monitoring solutions to improve visibility, alert
