Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).\nResponsibilities\nAct as a central coordination point for presales activities across D365 FSC, CE, and BC opportunities\nSupport Sales and PreSales Architects by coordinating presales tasks, timelines, and dependencies\nTrack presales activities across multiple opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups\nAssist in preparation and compilation of:Statements of Work (SOWs)\nProposals and pricing documents\nContract exhibits and supporting documentation\n\nCoordinate inputs from Sales, PreSales Architects, Delivery, Finance, and Legal teams\nManage document versions, internal reviews, and approval workflows\nEnsure proposals and SOWs align with approved scope, assumptions, and commercial terms\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity data in CRM systems\nTrack key presales milestones such as:Discovery completion\nSolution review\nPricing approval\nContract execution\n\nSupport pipeline reporting and presales visibility for leadership\nSchedule and coordinate internal presales meetings, deal reviews, and approval checkpoints\nCapture meeting notes, action items, and decisions\nOrganize and maintain presales templates, artifacts, and documentation repositories\nSupport adherence to standard presales processes across D365 practices\nSupport smooth handoff from presales to delivery by ensuring:Final SOWs and assumptions are clearly documented\nKey presales decisions, risks, and dependencies are captured\nRequired information is shared with delivery teams prior to project kickoff\n\nRequirements\n3 - 6 years of experience in Presales Coordination, Sales Operations, PMO, or Consulting Support roles\nExperience supporting ERP or enterprise software sales cycles\nExposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including:Finance & Supply Chain (FSC)\nCustomer Engagement (CE - Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)\nBusiness Central (BC)\n\nStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail\nExperience working with:SOWs, proposals, contracts, and approval workflows\nCRM systems and opportunity tracking\n\nAbility to manage multiple opportunities in parallel\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nComfortable working with cross-functional and global (India-US) teams\nPrior experience in IT services, consulting, or ERP implementation organizations\nHigh-level understanding of ERP business processes (no functional configuration required)\nExperience supporting global or offshore-onshore delivery models\nFamiliarity with presales governance, deal reviews, and approval processes\nExperience working with PandaDoc for proposal and contracts\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompensation:Commensurate with Industry standards\n\nOther Benefits:Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.\n\n\"Armanino” is the brand name under which Armanino LLP, Armanino CPA LLP, and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance withlaw, regulations, and professional standards.
