S. -based Data Conversion Leads, functional consultants, and Integration teams.\nParticipate in daily standups, conversion rehearsals, and offshore/onshore handoffs.\nCommunicate progress, risks, and data issues proactively.\n\nRequirements: \n2-4 years of Workday data conversion experience.\nHCM Data Loading Services Certification OR Financial Management Data Loading Services Certification\nStrong hands-on experience with inbound EIBs.\nAdvanced Excel skills for data cleansing and transformation.\nUnderstanding of Workday business objects and data relationships.\nExperience validating and reconciling large data sets.\nExperience with multiple Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials).\nPrior experience supporting large, multi-entity implementations.\nExperience working in an offshore delivery model supporting U.
