Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).\nResponsibilities\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)\n5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer\nStrong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, delivering scalable and supportable solutions across global organizations\nProven proficiency with:Flow Designer (complex flows, subflows, integrations, error handling)\nServer-side and client-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)\n\nExperience designing and developing global solutions that support:Multiple regions, time zones, and user populations\nReusable frameworks and standardized patterns\nLong-term platform scalability and maintainability\n\nStrong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, roles, and security best practices\nAbility to evaluate requirements, prioritize out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities, and implement custom development only when necessary\nStrong documentation skills, including:Technical design documents\nFlow and integration documentation\nClear knowledge transfer and support documentation\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders\nCertifications required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)\nRequirements\nExperience designing and developing solutions in the following ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), including Discovery\nExperience designing and implementing API-based integrations, including designing and implementing API-based integrations, REST and/or SOAP web services and ServiceNow IntegrationHub and MID Server\nHands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as Workday, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and ERP, HR, or financial systems\nFamiliarity with Update Sets and application repository, Instance upgrades and release management and agile or DevOps-aligned delivery models\nBuild scalable, reusable, and globally aligned ServiceNow solutions\nLeverage Flow Designer over legacy workflows where appropriate\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code\nFollow ServiceNow development standards and platform best practices\nBalance rapid delivery with enterprise-grade stability and long-term platform health\nActively contribute to design reviews and technical decision-making\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompensation: Commensurate with Industry standards\nOther Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.\n\"Armanino” is the brand name under which Armanino LLP, Armanino CPA LLP, and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards.
