Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).\nResponsibilities\nBuild and support Workday data conversion activities.\nInbound EIBs for initial and incremental data loads\nTransformation and cleansing logic using Excel, templates, and mapping specifications\nLoad sequencing across functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials as applicable)\nExecute data loads across multiple tenants (Sandbox, Implementation, Production) following approved run plans.\nSupport mock conversions, cutover rehearsals, and production conversion events.\nInterpret data mapping and conversion design documents.\nAssist in maintaining source-to-target mappings and load documentation.\nDocument data issues, transformation rules, and remediation steps.\nValidate converted data against source systems and reconciliation reports.\nSupport functional and client validation cycles.\nTroubleshoot data load errors and resolve data quality issues.\nEnsure conversion accuracy, completeness, and auditability.\nWork closely with U.S.-based Data Conversion Leads, functional consultants, and Integration teams.\nParticipate in daily standups, conversion rehearsals, and offshore/onshore handoffs.\nCommunicate progress, risks, and data issues proactively.\nRequirements\n2-4 years of Workday data conversion experience.\nHCM Data Loading Services Certification OR Financial Management Data Loading Services Certification\nStrong hands-on experience with inbound EIBs.\nAdvanced Excel skills for data cleansing and transformation.\nUnderstanding of Workday business objects and data relationships.\nExperience validating and reconciling large data sets.\nExperience with multiple Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials).\nPrior experience supporting large, multi-entity implementations.\nExperience working in an offshore delivery model supporting U.S.-based clients.\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\nClear written and verbal communication.\nAbility to execute repeatable tasks with consistency.\nComfortable working within defined run books and schedules.\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompensation: Commensurate with Industry standards \nOther Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position\n\"Armanino” is the brand name under which Armanino LLP, Armanino CPA LLP, and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards.
