Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).\nResponsibilities:\nOwn end-to-end integration architecture across Workday HCM, Financials, and third-party systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.\nDefine integration strategy and patterns, including use of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware platforms.\nLead solution design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.\nProvide hands-on leadership in designing and building complex integrations, including transformations, orchestration, and data mapping.\nEstablish architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable components to drive consistency across projects and managed services.\nPerform design reviews and govern integration quality, including error handling, performance optimization, and security compliance.\nPartner with US and global teams to co-create solutions and align architecture with enterprise and client strategies.\nDrive technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex production issues and high-impact integration failures.\nMentor and guide integration consultants and leads, elevating technical capability and design thinking across the team.\nCollaborate with functional, data, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.\nContribute to practice growth through innovation, accelerators, capability development, and pre-sales solutioning.\nStay current with Workday roadmap, integration technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance solution architecture.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.\n12+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting with 8+ years in Workday ecosystem, including deep specialization in integrations.\nProven experience in designing and architecting large-scale Workday integration solutions, including full lifecycle delivery.\nExpert-level proficiency in:Workday Studio\nCore Connectors (PECI, PICOF, Benefits, etc.)\nEIB (inbound/outbound)\nWorkday APIs (SOAP/REST) and web services\nData transformation (XML/XSLT, JSON, etc.)\n\nStrong experience in integration architecture patterns, including:Real-time vs batch integrations\nEvent-driven architectures\nMiddleware integration strategies\n\nDemonstrated ability to design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations hands-on.\nExperience defining error handling frameworks, reconciliation strategies, and integration monitoring approaches aligned to best practices\nStrong understanding of enterprise architecture, security models, and data governance principles.\nProven ability to influence stakeholders, lead technical discussions, and provide architectural direction across teams.\nExperience in client-facing roles with US-based delivery models preferred.\nCurrent Workday Integration certification required; additional Workday certifications preferred.\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompensation: Commensurate with Industry standards\n\nOther Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.\n\n\"Armanino” is the brand name under which Armanino LLP, Armanino CPA LLP, and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards.
