date.\n\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.\n\nExperience: 4 to 7 years of experience in facility/maintenance engineering.\n\nTechnical Expertise: Deep hands-on and supervisory knowledge of HVAC chilling units, diesel generators, and electrical control panels.\n\nStandards: Strong familiarity with GSDP (Good Storage and Distribution Practices) and GMP standards.\n\nKey Competencies:\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\n\nExceptional troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills under high-pressure, time-sensitive
