# Founding Engineer, Product

Location: Paris, France. We value working in person, and we stay flexible. You may also get the chance to join us on occasional trips to San Francisco. Language: English is required. You do not need to speak French. The role Today, Armature operates mostly as a service. We run thousands of experiments for our customers on our internal infrastructure, and most of what customers get from us still goes through people. Your job is to define what Armature’s product will look like, and then to own its delivery, from the first design to production. You’ll work closely with the founders and our founding forward deployed engineer to turn customer needs into repeatable workflows, and you’ll put the results on a platform that feels intuitive. That platform has to make our operations 100x smoother, so we can serve 100x more customers and raise our quality at the same time. We evolve very fast, so what you build next will keep changing, and you’ll shape it with the founders and our founding AI applied research engineer.
