In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the functionality, performance, and scalability of our Case Management System. Your focus will be on building and enhancing automated test scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring that our product meets the highest quality standards.  \n\nKey Responsibilities:  \nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools.  \n\nWork closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective test plans.  \n\nImplement test automation for functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple environments.  \n\nCollaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure faster and more reliable releases.  \n\nIdentify opportunities to improve test coverage and automation efficiency, driving continuous improvements in testing processes.  \n\nPerform thorough analysis of issues, report bugs, and track them to resolution using tools like Jira.  \n\nExecute performance and load testing to ensure the system’s stability when under heavy usage.  \n\nEnsure tests are well-documented, easy to maintain, and scalable.  \n\nContribute to the overall improvement of the testing framework and automation best practices.  \n\nRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.  \n\n5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on automation.  \n\nProficiency in automation frameworks and tools (experience with Playwright, is a plus)  \n\nStrong programming skills in writing and maintaining automated tests.  \n\nExperience working with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar.  \n\nExperience in performance testing and tools like JMeter, LoadRunner or similar.  \n\nFamiliarity with database testing (SQL) and data validation.  \n\nSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.  \n\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).  \n\nStrong attention to detail with a passion for quality and performance testing.  \n\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.   \n\nExperience with case management systems, or similar enterprise applications, is a plus.\n\nRequired Soft Skills:  \nProactive Communication  \n\nExcellent analytical skills  \n\nSelf-motivated and results-oriented  \n\nMeeting and exceeding deadlines.  \n\nPositive Attitude  \n\nWorks well with other team members.  \n\nMust have excellent written (grammar and spelling) and verbal communication skills.  \n\nArmedia is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
