Period.\nRequirements\nAbout this role\nYou will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementation of RF hardware for our innovative products that meet the rigorous demands of modern technology systems.\nDesign and develop RF hardware from scratch (0→1), including RF circuits, PCBs, transmitters, receivers, PAs, LNAs, filters, and RF front-end modules.\nContribute to RF architecture and system-level design, including block diagrams, component selection, and RF performance specifications.\nDesign and develop phased-array antenna and RF systems.\nTake RF boards through the complete lifecycle: schematic → PCB → fabrication → bring-up → testing and validation.\nPerform RF simulations, testing, debugging, and characterization to optimize performance.\nWork with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and other RF test equipment.\nCollaborate with systems, embedded, firmware, antenna, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to integrate RF hardware into products.\nTroubleshoot and optimize RF designs for performance, reliability, power, size, and manufacturability.\nMust haves\n7-12 years of proven experience in RF hardware design and development\nStrong understanding of RF theory, principles, and techniques\nProficiency in RF design software, such as ADS, HFSS, or CST\nExperience with RF test equipment, including network analyzers and spectrum analyzers\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities\nBonus points for\nExperience in designing and developing radar systems\nKnowledge of radar architectures, including pulsed, continuous wave (CW), and frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radars\nUnderstanding of antenna design principles for radar applications\nFamiliarity with radar performance metrics, such as range resolution, Doppler resolution, and sensitivity\nWhat will make you successful in this role?\nDeep Technical Expertise in RF theory and practice\nAssembling an RF system in record time\nGetting s**t done\nHow will we set you up for success in this role?\nA live project: You will jump straight into a live project as soon as you join.
