Period.\nRequirements\nAbout this role\nYou are the person who keeps the factory moving.\nAs an Operations Associate, you look after the day-to-day running of our IMT Manesar facility: the factory floor, local purchases, order follow-ups, stores and the paperwork that holds it all together. You make sure the right material reaches the right place at the right price, and that every open order is closed without anyone needing to remind you. You work with the Founder’s Office, and your steady execution on the ground helps our engineers and the wider team stay focused on building.\nWhat you'll do\nFactory and facility operations\nCoordinate daily factory activity at IMT Manesar and flag floor issues the same day\n\nWork with service vendors: security, CCTV, DG, housekeeping, utilities and maintenance\n\nFollow up with contractors until civil, paint, glass or AC rework is closed and signed off\n\nMaintain gate, visitor, vehicle and material movement records\n\nSupport ESD-safe housekeeping and floor discipline\n\nKeep a daily operations log and send an end-of-day update to the Founder's Office\n\nPurchasing and vendor management\nHandle day-to-day purchase of consumables, tools, hardware, electrical and local components\n\nCollect 3 quotes where value justifies it and prepare a comparison sheet\n\nNegotiate price, delivery and credit terms within approved limits, and keep a vendor rate history\n\nCheck vendor basics before onboarding: GST, Udyam/MSME, address and bank details\n\nBuild a reliable local vendor base across Gurugram, Manesar, Faridabad and Delhi NCR\n\nTrack advance payments and follow up with accounts on approvals\n\nOrder and shipment tracking\nMaintain a live PO tracker: ordered, in transit, received, delayed\n\nChase vendors and escalate delays early, with a proposed fix\n\nTrack courier and freight (AWB, LR) and confirm delivery\n\nSupport import shipments with documents and CHA coordination (support role)\n\nManage defective or rejected material: return challan, RMA and replacement follow-up\n\nStores and inventory\nReceive goods and match them against PO, invoice and challan (GRN)\n\nMaintain stores registers, issue and receipt records, and bin labels\n\nRun periodic stock counts and flag shortages and reorder needs to engineering\n\nHandle electronic components with care (ESD, moisture, labelling)\n\nDocumentation and reporting\nMaintain trackers in Excel or Google Sheets: POs, vendors, expenses, stock\n\nPrepare monthly factory expense summaries for finance\n\nPass correct vendor bills and supporting documents to accounts\n\nWrite meeting minutes, action lists, and simple SOPs and checklists\n\nSupport the Founder's Office with ad hoc on-ground follow-ups\n\nGood to have\nExposure to electronics, EMS or defence manufacturing\n\nAn existing vendor network in Gurugram, Manesar, Bawal, Faridabad or Delhi NCR\n\nFamiliarity with an ERP or purchase tracker tool\n\nA basic idea of import documents: BOE, AWB, HSN\n\nExperience handling ESD-sensitive components\n\nExperience coordinating security, housekeeping, or DG vendors\n\nYou'll thrive here if you are\nAn owner who treats every open order as yours until it is closed, not just until it is forwarded\n\nSomeone who chases with a smile and escalates early, with a fix in hand\n\nCareful with details, because a wrong challan or a missed GRN match matters\n\nHappy to say \"I don't know, I'll find out\" rather than guess\n\nDown-to-earth, and just as ready to walk the floor, visit a vendor or sort a store's shelf as to update the tracker\n\nOur Hiring Process\nWe target to close the hiring process within 14 days of your application.\nRound 1: Screening Application & HR Round\nDuration: 1 hour\nHow to ace: Be yourself.
