You'll be part of an agile and dynamic workplace where today's solutions are built for tomorrow's challenges.\nThis position will be responsible for all aspects of customer service support for Armstrong Fluid Technology’s Continental Europe Business, offering a high standard of customer service and maintaining excellent communication with customers while ensuring a proactive, efficient response to their needs.\nYou will act as an interface between customers, sales, production, and logistics.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOrder Entry\nEntering customer orders (checking on customer accounts, item codes, prices, stock, lead time, and delivery time)\nOrdering goods at production\nCreating and confirming order acknowledgments\nClaims handling\nFinance\nCreating proforma invoices\nSupporting the Finance department in following overdue invoices\nLogistics\nIssuing delivery notes\nOrganizing deliveries and collections with forwarders\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTo thrive in this role, you should bring:\nEducation and Experience\nRelevant experience in a customer service, inside sales or order management role, preferably in a HVAC, industrial or manufacturing environment.\nCompleted vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and CRM tools.\nTechnical Skills:\nGood understanding of technical products, preferably in HVAC, pumps, valves, or fluid systems.\nProficiency in order processing, sales administration, and inventory coordination.\nBasic commercial skills to support sales teams.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and business software platforms.\nSoft skills and other requirements:\nThe ability to work independently and as part of a team\nA proactive, flexible, and ‘right-first-time’ approach\nKnowledge of import/export rules and customs regulations\nPrevious experience in the HVAC business would be advantageous\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nWhy Armstrong Fluid Technology?\nBy joining us, you’ll become part of a global community dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fluid-flow technology.
