This role focuses on employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, HR administration, and supporting HR programs and initiatives. It is a blend of operational excellence and proactive partnership, ensuring HR practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with our company values.\nKey Accountabilities\nEmployee Lifecycle Management\nServe as the primary contact for employees on HR policies, programs, and inquiries\nCoordinate full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles - posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting offer preparation\nFacilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new employees\nMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems\nEmployee Relations & Support\nProvide day-to-day guidance on benefits, employee relations, performance, and workplace matters\nSupport investigations and assist in implementing corrective actions when necessary\nFoster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Armstrong’s culture and values\nHR Programs & Administration\nAdminister and support HR programs such as annual reviews, merit increases, and recognition initiatives\nCoordinate benefits enrollment, payroll changes, and leave management in collaboration with the Total Rewards team\nMaintain compliance with employment legislation (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, ERISA, OSHA, and so on)\nManage leave administration (Federal and state programs)\nPrepare reports and maintain documentation for audits and compliance\nTraining, Development & Engagement\nSupport implementation of learning and development programs,including individual development plans (IDP’s)\n\nAssist with employee engagement surveys, data analysis, and follow-up actions\nHelp coordinate internal events and communication activities to strengthen culture and engagement\nHR Projects & Continuous Improvement\nParticipate in HR initiatives such as policy updates, process enhancements, and system improvements\nSupport change initiatives and workforce planning activities as needed\nKey Skills and Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field\n2+years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a corporate or manufacturing environment.\nWorking knowledge of USemployment laws and HR best practices\nExperience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills\nHigh attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational
