Together, we’re creating a legacy that goes beyond business-one that’s changing the world for the better.\nIn this role, he/she will assist the Project Manager in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring manufacturing readiness, and supporting regional deployment across Southeast Asia. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the successful execution of multiple manufacturing projects for integrated mechanical and electrical (M&E) fluid cooling systems, serving a major blue-chip data centre customer. This role will be based in Singapore with travel across Asia.\nKey Accountabilities\n[Project Support & Coordination]\nSupport the Project Manager in managing timelines, deliverables, and reporting across a portfolio of manufacturing projects for modular fluid cooling systems (e.g., pump skids, chilled water assemblies, heat exchangers, and associated pipework).\n[Planning & Scheduling]\nMaintain detailed project plans and milestone trackers.\nMonitor progress across engineering, procurement, production, and logistics phases.\n[Documentation & Reporting]\nPrepare status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders and the customer.\nMaintain project control logs (RFI, NCR, design changes, etc.).\n[Manufacturing & Factory Support]\nLiaise with production teams to track fabrication status, quality inspections, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).\nCoordinate readiness for shipment and site delivery.\n[Client & Stakeholder Interface]\nSupport meetings with client-side project teams, manage communications on design clarifications, delivery schedules, and action items.\n[Risk & Issue Tracking]\nAssist in identifying project risks and support mitigation planning with relevant departments.\n[Logistics & Site Coordination]\nWork with logistics and site teams to ensure seamless delivery of systems to regional data centre projects, supporting documentation handover and site installation interfaces as needed.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTo thrive in this role, you should bring:\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field.\n3+ years’ experience in M&E, modular systems, HVAC, or industrial equipment manufacturing.\nExposure to data centre or mission-critical environments preferred.\nStrong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.\nTechnical Skills\nFluent in English (professional level) and Mandarin.\nProficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and document control systems (e.g., SharePoint, BIM360).\nPMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management training is a plus.\nSoft Skills\nDetail-oriented and highly organized.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution.\nComfortable working across cultures and in matrixed teams.\nAble to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced project demands.\nWhy Armstrong Fluid Technology?\nBy joining us, you’ll become part of a global community dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fluid-flow technology while upholding Armstrong's commitment to sustainability.
