You'll be part of an agile and dynamic workplace where today's solutions are built for tomorrow's challenges.\nThe Quality Assurance Administrator / Document Controllersupports the effective operation and continual improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Following significant business growth, the role will develop robust, scalable quality processes, manage documentation, maintain compliance, support audit readiness, and administer digital systems such as JIRA and Field Eagle to improve defect management, reporting and quality standards across plant room assembly and project delivery.\nKey Accountabilities\nDocumentation Management\nMaintain quality and production documentation, including technical drawings, work instructions, procedures and inspection records.\nControl document approval, revision, distribution and archiving, ensuring current versions are available and obsolete documents are withdrawn.\nMaintain accurate, traceable quality records and support the development and standardisation of QMS documentation.\nQuality Assurance and QMS Development\nMaintain and improve the QMS, identifying gaps and opportunities to strengthen processes as the business grows.\nSupport compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements and internal quality standards, where applicable.\nAssist with internal and external audits, quality reviews and the closure of audit findings.\nRecord and monitor non-conformances and corrective actions, following issues through to resolution.\nMaintain inspection, testing, calibration and supplier quality records, including certificates and traceability documentation where required.\nDigital Systems and Reporting\nAdminister digital quality and workflow systems, such as JIRA, Field Eagle or equivalent platforms.\nTrack defects, quality issues and corrective actions, escalating overdue items where necessary.\nPrepare quality reports and summaries, highlighting trends, outstanding actions and opportunities for improvement.\nOperational Support and Continual Improvement\nWork with engineering, procurement, production and project teams to ensure quality requirements are followed throughout plant room assembly and delivery.\nSupport factory acceptance testing (FAT) documentation and the preparation of complete project quality handover packs.\nLiaise with internal teams, suppliers and auditors to resolve documentation gaps and maintain quality standards.\nIdentify practical improvements to reduce errors, rework and administrative inefficiencies.\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum of 5 GCSEs (grades A*-C/9-4), including English and Maths.\n3 A-Levels (grade C or above) or equivalent qualifications.\nExperience in quality administration, document control or a similar role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering or assembly.\nUnderstanding of QMS principles and ISO 9001 requirements.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital workflow or document management systems.
