Working closely with HR, IT, Engineering, Finance, and external technology partners, this role will supportHR technology initiatives, oversee system integrations, maintaindata integrity, and ensure HR systems are reliable, integrated, secure, and aligned with business needs.\nKey Accountabilities\nHR Technology Management\nOwn the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Armstrong's HR technology ecosystem. \nIdentifyopportunities to enhance HR processes through technology, automation, and digital solutions. \nEnsure HR systems remainreliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements. \nSystems Administration & Support\nManage system configuration, user access, upgrades, testing, and ongoing optimization. \nProvide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and maintaindocumentation and standard operating procedures. \nDeliver training and guidance to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize system adoption. \nSystems Integration\nManage integrations between HRISand enterprise platforms, including payroll, finance, identity management, and reporting tools. \nEnsure accurateand timelyflow of employee and organizational data across integrated systems. \nSupport system testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement. \nData Governance & Reporting\nMaintain the integrity, quality, and governance of HR data across all systems. \nDevelop and support HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics to enable informed business decisions. \nEnsure compliance with data governance, security, and reporting standards. \nHR Technology Projects\nSupport the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of HR technology solutions. \nPartner with stakeholders to identifybusiness requirements and translate them into technology solutions. \nDrive automation and digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and employee experience. \nVendor & Stakeholder Management\nBuild effective partnerships with HR, IT, Engineering, Finance, business leaders, and external vendors. \nCoordinate vendor activities, system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nEnsure technology solutions effectively support organizational priorities and future business growth. \nWhat We’reLooking For\nTo thrive in this role, you should bring:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a relateddiscipline. \n3-5 years of experience supporting HR technology, HR systems, enterprise applications, or digital transformation initiatives. \nExperience working with integrated HR systems in a multi-site or global organization is preferred. \nStrong understanding of HR processes, systems integration, data governance, and technology-enabled process improvement. \nSkills\nHR Technology & Digital Solutions \nSystems Integration & Process Automation \nData Governance & Analytics \nProject & Change Management \nStakeholder & Vendor Management \nContinuous Improvement \nAnalytical Thinking & Problem Solving \nCustomer Focus \nCommunication & Collaboration \nWhy ArmstrongFluid Technology?\nBy joining us, you’llbecome part of a global community dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fluid-flow technology while upholding Armstrong’s commitment to sustainability.
