Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; working with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) on improvements; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organization's goals and values.\nAddressing production issues, equipment malfunctions, or workflow bottlenecks to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.\nAssign, train, and develop incoming production and quality staff.\nAssignment, Training, Development and Management of production personnel.\nConvey program performance to the organization.\nCoordinate with BUM and Site Leader to set attainable production goals for quarters.\nCoordinate with Maintenance Manager to schedule machine PM’s.\nCoordinating with IPT to execute production schedules, ensuring that targets and deadlines are met without compromising quality.\nDrive productivity improvement projects.\nEnforcing workplace safety regulations, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring employees follow proper procedures to prevent accidents or hazards.\nEnsure all staff members are trained to the current procedures and that procedures current, accurate and complete.\nEnsuring adequate availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment require for production, while minimizing waste and excess inventory.\nEnsuring all production activities align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.\nEvaluate production workers and assign goals for next review period.\nIdentifies production, quality, and safety issues/concerns, and implements countermeasures.\nIdentify suggested improvements to Engineering.\nIdentifying and implementing process improvements to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and maintain cost-effectiveness.\nInterview and screen job applicants.\nLN production shift data entry.\nMaintain accurate training records of production staff (on-the-Job Training Knowledge Check).\nMaintain production report records.\nMakes sure that production programs are producing product that meets all commitments.\nManaging a team of production workers, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring productivity and morales remain high.\nMonitoring processes and products to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards, addressing issues promptly.\nOrders production supplies.\nPerform process audits and reports finings during program IPT meetings.\nPerform safety audits and captures the results into the Vector database.\nProductivity Improvement projects.\nReport upset conditions.\nRespond to program corrective actions and implement countermeasures.\nResponsible for deploying work job codes to production and support staff.\nSchedule machines and production to meet business unit forecast.\nServe as the production building owner.\nStop production if safety, quality or substantial performance inefficiencies exist.\nSubmit requisitions for replenishable goods, and parts needed to continue production.\nSubmit shipping request to schedule product pick-up.\nTrack attendance and production and enforce disciplinary actions when needed.\nUnderstand KPI such as productivity, efficiency, and quality, and taking corrective actions when targets are not met.\nUtilize LEAN Manufacturing to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.\nDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness;
