This role will be responsible for executing all Procurement activities at Aro Homes and building lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships with our external partners.\nAs part of our Procurement department, you will report to the Global Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for executing the supply/demand planning and the accurate replenishment of mission-critical materials and services across all orgs - from procurement to customer success and everyone in between - in order to ensure seamless company-wide communication and top-notch performance as we scale nationwide.\nIn this important role, you will be the cross-functional partner supporting a broad range of critical business processes. You’ll lead an inventory replenishment roadmap focused on making us more efficient and effective in achieving current objectives and preparing for future initiatives. A successful candidate will be highly organized, technically nimble, and obsessed with automation and the customer experience.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDevelops appropriate supply chain strategies to maximize value.\n\nForecast material requirements and optimize inventory management to prevent stockouts or overstock.\n\nIdentifies opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value engineering in the procurement process.\n\nManage inventory levels, oversee reordering processes, and coordinate material delivery schedules with suppliers to meet project requirements.\n\nBuild an open and trusting relationship with our external partners.\n\nCommunicate regularly with stakeholders about procurement status, potential delays, or changes in material supply.\n\nEnsure that all procured materials meet project specifications, quality standards, and compliance regulations.\n\nIdentifies and mitigates risks associated with material shortages, price fluctuations, and supplier reliability.
