develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.\n\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs and healthcare system integrations.\n\nDesign, optimize, and manage SQL databases, queries, and data access layers.\n\nWork with NoSQL databases, including data modelling and performance optimization.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system design.\n\nImprove the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing systems.\n\nCollaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver solutions.\n\nTake ownership of assigned tasks from development through deployment and production support.\n\nContribute to building secure and reliable healthcare software solutions.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\n2+ years of hands-on backend software development experience.\n\nStrong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.\n\nGood understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.\n\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\n\nExperience with Docker, Linux, cloud platforms, or
