You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure competitive and performance-driven compensation structures that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in the highly competitive Alternative Asset industry.\nCore Areas of Expertise\nConduct comprehensive market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages for all roles within the fund.\n\nDesign, implement, and manage annual compensation review processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry benchmarks.\n\nCollaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to gather relevant data and insights for compensation decision-making.\n\nProvide guidance and support to senior management on compensation-related matters, including salary offers, promotions, and incentive programs.\n\nStay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits.\n\nConduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking to inform compensation strategy and decision-making.\n\nParticipate in the development and communication of total rewards programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nProven experience as a Compensation Analyst, preferably in the Alternative Asset or financial services industry.\n\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
