We're hiring experienced L1 and L2 NOC engineers to monitor, troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents on a rotating roster, with primary shifts covering UK and US business hours.\nWhat you'll do\nMonitor networks, servers, firewalls and cloud services using NOC monitoring and alerting tools\nTriage, log and work alerts and incidents through the ITSM system within SLA\nTroubleshoot connectivity, performance and availability issues (first-level for L1, deeper investigation for L2)\nEscalate to senior engineers and vendors with clear diagnostic notes\nCommunicate with clients during incidents and provide status updates\nExecute routine operational tasks, health checks and standard changes\nMaintain runbooks, shift handover notes and accurate documentation\nExperience required\nL1: minimum 1 year working in a 24x7 NOC, SOC or IT operations team on a shift roster\nL2: minimum 2 to 3 years in a 24x7 NOC, including owning incidents through to resolution\nHands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, Datadog)\nWorking knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls\nExperience with an ITSM / ticketing platform (e.g. ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Jira Service Management, Freshservice)\nWindows and Linux server fundamentals\nClear written and spoken English for working with international clients\nNice to have\nCCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft / AWS fundamentals certifications\nMSP experience across multiple client environments\nCloud monitoring experience (Azure / AWS)\nShifts and working arrangements\n24x7 rotating roster, including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays\nFully remote; must be based in Sri Lanka\nReliable high-speed internet, power backup and a quiet workspace required\nTo apply: submit your CV and clearly state (1) the NOC / operations team(s) you've worked in, (2) how long you worked 24x7 shifts, and (3) the monitoring and ticketing tools you've used hands-on.
