This role is about real ownership, strong engineering judgment, and building reliable systems that serve real users at scale.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn backend features end-to-end, from technical design to production monitoring.\nDesign, build, and scale backend services and APIs, primarily in Python.\nOwn core flows such as authentication, subscriptions, and the services behind our AI features.\nKeep production fast and reliable, working closely with product, AI, and data teams.\nBuild AI-native: work with Cursor and Claude Code agents every day and help make our codebase agent-friendly.\nRequirements\n5+ years of hands-on backend development, shipping production systems used by real users.\nStrong backend experience in a modern language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go).
